Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of RxRecall. By downloading, subscribing to, or using RxRecall, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA controls where required.

Educational use only

Drug names, classes, forms, ranks, and related content may change or contain errors. Verify information against authoritative, current sources before using it in academic, professional, clinical, or patient-care settings. Never rely on RxRecall for a clinical decision.

Subscriptions and free trials

• RxRecall offers auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions through Apple.
• The annual plan may include a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
• The price, billing period, and any trial terms are displayed by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by storefront, currency, tax, and future approved changes.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. After a free trial, Apple charges the displayed subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Deleting RxRecall does not cancel a subscription.
• Use Restore Purchases in RxRecall to restore an active subscription on a supported device.

Billing, refunds, trial eligibility, renewals, and cancellations are administered by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

Content and sources

RxRecall's Top 200 deck uses a common-prescription ranking as its study scope and uses public U.S. National Library of Medicine resources, including RxNorm, RxNav, RxClass, and DailyMed, to review drug identity and related data. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may use RxRecall for personal educational purposes. You may not:

• use the app to provide medical advice or make patient-care decisions;
• copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits;
• circumvent subscription access controls; or
• use RxRecall in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We may update RxRecall, correct content, change features, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the app will be error-free. Subscription changes will be handled through Apple and applicable notice requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxRecall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on educational content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using RxRecall at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the app, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Ending app access does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage cancellation through Apple.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as RxRecall evolves. We will publish changes here and update the effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
