Restore an active subscription

1. Open RxRecall and return to the subscription screen.
2. Tap Restore Purchases.
3. Confirm the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

If access does not return, email us with the on-screen error message. Do not send payment-card information.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Apple manages billing and cancellations. Deleting RxRecall does not cancel your subscription.

Add the Lock Screen widget

1. Touch and hold your iPhone Lock Screen, then tap Customize.
2. Select Lock Screen, then tap the widget area.
3. Choose RxRecall and add the widget.
4. Open RxRecall once if the widget is not immediately available.

Report a drug-data correction

Send the brand name, generic name, and the exact issue you noticed. Links to an RxNorm, DailyMed, or other authoritative source are helpful. Do not include patient information.
